Day Six: Volcano Day

This is the longest day on the trip, but for good reason. During this day, we saw about five waterfalls. We saw a black sand beach. We walked a lava flow. We saw some beautiful scenery along the way. The grand finale was seeing the glowing red lava in the distance at Kilauea. We traveled from 7:00 AM to almost midnight. Our final stop before heading home was at Ken's Pancake House.
